Process

All inquiries begin with a questionnaire to give us general information about the style and mood of your event and the services you are looking for. After we receive your form, you will receive an automated email with additional details and a link schedule a consultation call with Dana. We will review your inquiry form and reach out for any additional details we may need prior to your consultation call. 

1. inquiry + Consult

Once we determine we are a great fit for your project, we will move on to your proposal, including a custom quote and information about the process of your unique project. Once your proposal is approved we will draw up a contract to be signed by both parties. A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required to officially begin the design phase and lock your project into our production calendar. We do not begin any design work until both the contract and retainer are received.

2. proposal + contract

Once booked, we will work with you on conceptualizing and designing each piece for your event/project. The Design Phase starts with a video design call that gives you a live view into our design system while we revise and collaborate on your designs in real time. Once our initial design call is done we will put your designs into a packet so you can revisit them over the next few weeks to determine if any revisions or changes may be wanted. 3 rounds of design revisions are included in the pricing and we will consult and collaborate with you during each round. Once all choices are decided on, you will receive a final digital mock-up before our craftsmen begin production.

3. the design phase

When your finalized digital mock-ups are approved, we will move your project into our production stage. Once production starts, we kindly ask that no adjustments be made to avoid additional charges or delays.

4. production

It is event day, sit back and relax we will get your items set up to perfection with our white glove delivery.

We will then return at the end of the night to breakdown any installations or signage.
